Huw you dont have to add a note to view a note, if you click on the history tab on a helpcall then you can see notes here and you just double click on the note to view it

I think if you also supported HTC devices that would be a good idea as loads of people have HTC phones and a lot of them have very big clear screens which would be good for using the apps on.
