Hello, Is anyone aware that the scheduled reports will only export as a csv or pdf – unfortunately we need the export of the scheduled report as an xls, but this is not currently available. I write and carry out testing in our Test version of TF and prepare an email detailing any changes to the system that is sent out when the upgrade takes place. This way no-one is surprised by any changes. I also break the email down to module level so that the reader can just jump to their section rather than reading the whole piece.
