Does anyone have a flowchart or similar to describe how to process acquisitions and disposals please? We are a little confused about when to create a deed packet and freehold associated with an acquisition if we haven’t yet completed on the contract.

Does anyone use Portfolio / Service Area in their ‘Portfolio’ codes [annoyingly the TF field is actually called Committee – enhancement request made!]?
We currently have ours set so that the Portfolio code is e.g. ‘CCS – CSD’, with Description =

hi all – we use a system of ‘memos’ to instruct Legal and wondered if the reports such as ‘Lease Out Agreement’ from the Estates module could be used to generate these? Does anyone have a format they could let me view please? we don’t have any leases uploaded yet, but our finance and legal people are curious to see how they might be used.
